Accessing, browsing, and using the Caseem.com website (hereinafter "the Site") implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, as well as our Privacy Notice. If the user does not fully or partially agree, they should refrain from using the Site. Caseem.com may modify these Terms at any time; the changes will take effect from the date of publication. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of these updates.
2. Purpose of the Site
Caseem.com is a platform designed to facilitate the submission of contact information and resumes (PDF CVs) by users seeking job opportunities or wishing to be contacted by recruiting companies. The Site does not guarantee employment, nor does it perform direct labor intermediation; it only enables the connection between candidates and employers.
3. User Requirements and Obligations
- Be over 18 years old.
- The information provided (email, phone, CV, personal data) is accurate, current, and complete.
- Not use the Site for illegal, fraudulent, immoral purposes, or in violation of these Terms.
- Not submit files containing viruses, malicious software, or harmful code.
- Not impersonate others or provide third-party information without express authorization.
Caseem.com may suspend or cancel any submission or access due to misuse, fraud, or inconsistent information.
4. Submission of Data and Documents (PDF CV)
The user acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for the content of the PDF file uploaded to the Site. The information provided may be shared with recruiting companies solely for evaluation purposes. Caseem.com is not responsible for any subsequent use of the CV or personal data by these companies. The Site only stores documents temporarily in accordance with the Privacy Notice.
5. Limitation and Exclusion of Liability
The user accepts that using the Site is at their own risk. Caseem.com is provided "as is" and "as available" and does not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- Accuracy or completeness of information posted by third parties.
- That the user will be contacted or hired by companies.
- Permanent availability of vacancies or services.
In no event shall Caseem.com be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or data loss damages arising from use of the Site.
6. Usage and Security Restrictions
The user must refrain from:
